2007 Honda Civic Hybrid low to sell

As Is:

2007 Honda Civic Hybrid 228,000 miles. Rejected at state inspection. Don’t want to deal with it, so selling cheap.

Details of why it was rejected:
Torn Wipers
Light on license plate holder out
Right front inner tie rod
Fog lights broken (bought the car over 3 years ago with broken fog lights, never was a problem before, apparently they just have to be taken off).

I was quoted about $400 for the tie rod repair with an alignment.

This is my commuter car, and it runs well. I just put a brand new 12 volt battery in, and previously it was showing a P0420 code. That could come back, I haven’t driven it enough since the new battery to know, but sometimes a bad 12 volt battery can cause random codes in the hybrids. I also only have 1 key, I bought it with only 1 key.

Recently I replaced all 8 spark plugs and ignition coils. As stated just bought a brand new 12 volt battery. Only 23,000 miles on a new hybrid battery. Newer front breaks and newer tires.

Overall all it is in good condition. Paint and interior are good. Minor scratches on the driver side.

I don’t need it anymore, don’t want to fix the tie rod. And in full disclosure there are not enough miles on the new battery to flash the P0420 code, so that could be a issue.
